When Hunter’s parents had to decided to remove him from an equine program that had at first shown such promise, their heart sank. Although Hunter was just beginning to emerge from an encompassing shell of autism, they felt they needed a more supportive and fitting environment for him. Through the support of family, friends, and a small town in Central West Texas, they were “Able” to find their place and Hunter was able to find a voice, a friend, and more importantly himself.
